On the ground floor are located the spacious lounge with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. French windows lead directly from the living area to the garden and pool terrace which is furnished with confortable and elegant outdoor furniture.
There are 2 bedrooms located in the ground floor (one double and one twin bedroom) with en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms are located in the first floor (the master bedroom and a second twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom). The spacious master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
